REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

1. No Refund Policy
All ticket and pass purchases for Dholida Baajo Garba Night 2026 are final and non-refundable. Once a booking has been successfully completed, the ticket/pass amount cannot be refunded, cancelled, or reversed for any reason, including personal reasons, change of plans, non-attendance, or late arrival.
2. Non-Transferable Tickets
Tickets/passes are intended for the person(s) and details provided at the time of booking and may not be resold or transferred unless expressly permitted by the event organizers.
3. Event Date & Venue
Ticket holders are responsible for checking the event date, venue, timings, and other event information before purchasing. Failure to attend the event does not qualify for a refund.
4. Event Cancellation or Postponement
In the unlikely event that the event is cancelled or postponed by the organizers, the organizers will communicate the applicable resolution to ticket holders through the official communication channels. Any refund or ticket-validity decision in such circumstances will be determined by the organizers.
5. Duplicate or Incorrect Bookings
Customers are requested to carefully review all booking details before completing payment. Duplicate bookings, accidental purchases, or incorrect booking details are not eligible for refunds.
6. Technical or Payment Issues
If an amount is debited from your account but your ticket is not generated due to a technical/payment issue, please contact the event support team with your transaction details. Such cases will be reviewed and resolved based on the payment status.
7. Acceptance of Policy
